Money-Back Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with your Paint By Numbers purchase within the first 30 days of receiving it, you may request a full refund. Please note that this guarantee only applies to purchases made directly from Paint My Numbers.

Defective or Damaged Products: If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your purchase to arrange for a replacement or a refund. We will cover any shipping costs associated with returning the damaged or defective product.

Lost or Stolen Packages: If your package is lost or stolen during shipping, please contact us immediately. We will work with the shipping carrier to locate your package or provide you with a refund or replacement.

Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving your returned product. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used to make the purchase. Please note we do not offer refunds for change of mind.
